5: Our staff never leave, they love us

4: It’s an important part of our agency, we do everything we can to look after our team and keep them

3: Staff stay with us for little bit, but either leave for more pay, or get too stressed with the workload

2: It’s lower on the priority list, we just need to get the work done, even if everyone has to work 60+ hours per week

1: It’s not a priority at all right now
