Esther commenced in real estate in 2007 and has been in property management since 2011.

Esther runs her own small real estate business (property management and sales) and is a qualified Trainer & Assessor with the Real Estate Institute of WA, training new recruits to the industry.

She is equally as passionate about educating and training offshore staff on real estate processes and empowering them with knowledge to succeed in their own careers. Esther is known for her dedication, attention to detail and strong work ethic.
