Why we started
Twenty-two years in property management before he built a company around it.
Michael Sanz didn't come to outsourcing as a recruiter chasing a new market. He came to it as an agency principal who spent 22 years running property management businesses himself, including a rent roll of 650 properties managed with just 1.5 staff and zero vacancies across that period.
That's not a stat pulled from a case study. It's the reason Teams By Design trains VAs in property management before they ever touch a client's system, rather than handing them a login and hoping for the best.
Since 2018, Michael and the team have mystery-shopped more than 3,000 agencies across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, building a clear picture of where PM businesses lose time, and where trained support actually gives it back.

Every VA we place has been trained in property management fundamentals before they start. Clients teaching their own VA the job from scratch is the exact problem we exist to remove.
